This Agreement
/ Waiver / Reservations Form Must be Completed and Mailed, Faxed or Emailed One Week Prior to Reservation Date
Disclaimer of Liability & Limitations We assure a safe trip however, outdoor experiences of this nature are
not without hazards. Alaska on the Fly, its owners, employees, or contractors, etc. specially disclaims any liability
which is not the result of their specific negligence and for acts of omission or negligence by other persons. We are
not responsible for accidents, fire, theft, acts of God or forces of Nature, loss of equipment, or any other acts beyond our
control or for any cancellations or delays due to the weather conditions or transportation problems. Alaska on the Fly
is not responsible for any changes in the Fish and Game Regulations due to emergency closures nor can we guarantee the success
of your fishing trip. For the safety and comfort of its guests, Alaska on the Fly, when necessary, has the right to
cancel and/or make schedule changes. As a client, it is your responsibility to inform your guide of any physical limitations
and complications.
Reservations: Drift Boat Fishing is limited to 4 per boat
(3 for Comfort) and Walk-In fishing is limited to 3 per day per guide. Reservations are reserved and accepted a year
in advance.
Deposits: A
50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with
the balance due 30 days prior to the first day of the reservation.
Cancellations: Deposit refundable less 20% administrative
fee with a written notification of cancellation received by Alaska on the Fly Guide Service 30 days prior to the first
day of the reservation, otherwise ALL monies and deposit is forfeited. If cancellation is made by
Alaska on the Fly Guide Service, ALL monies and deposit is refunded in full.
No Guided Fishing on Sundays (during May, June & June) No Fishing from the boat on
Mondays (during May, June & July except Memorial Day)
